摘要
中低碳锰铁、铬铁等铁合金生产过程中要求能够快速确定合金液中的硅含量,而传统的化学和光谱分析法不能满足这一要求。本文介绍热电势法和固体电解质电化学传感法两种铁水测硅方法,并叙述了上述方法在铁水和铁合金生产中的应用状况及改进意见。
Rapid determination of silicon content in liquid alloy is required for the process of producing medium/low carbon ferromanganese and ferrochrome, however, the traditional methods such as chemical and spectrographic analysis can not do that. This paper introduces two ways of thermoelectric potential and solid electrolyte electrochemical sense can measure the content of silicon and it also introduces the application and opinion of these methods in the molten iron and ferroalloy production.
