细胞角蛋白AE_1、AE_3和PCNA、CEA在甲状腺滤泡癌诊断中的价值

摘要 目的探讨AE1、AE3、PCNA、CEA在甲状腺滤泡癌中的表达及在诊断中的价值。方法取16例临床病理确诊的甲状腺滤泡癌,采用免疫组化SP法检测细胞角蛋白AE1、AE3和PCNA、CEA的表达,并与56例结节性甲状腺肿2、8例甲状腺腺瘤比较。结果AE1、AE3和PCNA在甲状腺滤泡癌中的阳性率分别为93.75%、100%和81.25%且多为强阳性表达,结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺腺瘤基本不表达或仅弱阳性表达,CEA均无阳性表达。结论AE1、AE3、PCNA阳性表达对甲状腺滤泡癌诊断有一定价值,而CEA对滤泡癌的诊断价值则有限。 Objective To study expression and diagnostic value of cytokeratin AE1 ,AE3 and PCNA,CEA in follicular thyroid carcinomas. Methods Expression of cytokeratin AEl, AE3 and PCNA, CEA in 16 patients with thyroid carcinoma were determined by immunohistochemistry (SP methods). Results Positive rate of AE1, AE3, PCNA in fofllicular thyroid carcinoma was 93.7 %, 100% and 83.3 %, respectively. But in 56 patients with nodular goiters and 28 patients thyroid adenomas , no or weakly expression of cytokeratin AE1 , AE3 and PCNA were found. Conclusion Expression of AE1 , AE3 and PCNA Could be helpful not only to the diagnosis of follicular thyroid carcinomas, but also be useful to diagnosis of noduler goiters and thyroid adenomas. However, CEA negative staining in follicular thyroid carcinomas had less diagnostic implication.
