摘要
在不同的温度水平下,对瓦氏黄颡鱼的氨氮排泄率及鱼体组分进行了测定。结果显示:在10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃及30℃的水温下,瓦氏黄颡鱼的氨氮排泄率分别为2.69、3.92、5.72、6.96和8.71mg/(kg·h)。其氨氮排泄率与温度的回归关系可用幂函数方程描述:y=0.2128x1.086(n=48,R2=0.883,p<0.01)。蛋白质、脂肪占总鱼体重的百分含量随着温度的升高而下降,灰份占鱼体总重的百分含量则随温度的升高而升高。
An experiment was conducted to evaluated the effect ot temperature on Ammoma-N excretion rates and energy utilization in Pelteobagrus vachelli during starvation. The rates of ammonia-N excretion were 2.69.3.92,5.72.6.96 and 8.71mg/(kg·h) at 10℃、15℃、20℃ 、25℃、30℃ ,respectively. The relationship Between Ammonia-N Excretion rates and Temperature can be described as: y=0.2128x^1.086 (n= 48,1R2=0.883,p〈0.01) o The result of body biochemical composition sampling showed that the content of protein and lipid were decreasing with the temperature increasing, but the content of ash increased during in this period.
