摘要
目的：总结经验，提高医疗服务质量。方法：对我院门诊西药房2004年11月～2005年3月的患者退药情况进行汇总分析。结果与结论：患者退药有发生药品不良反应、不合理用药、患者拒绝用药等7方面原因，建议医师在开药前应详细询问患者病史和药物过敏史，以减少不良反应的发生；对于老年患者和肝功能不良的患者要慎重选药；医院应制定处罚制度，规范医师行为等。
OBJECTIVE： To gather experience and improve medical service quality. METHODS： Meta-analysis was performed on data regarding patients＇ drug return in outpatient dispensary for western medicine between Nov. 2004 and Mar. 2005 in our hospital. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS：The causes of drug return included 7 factors such as ADRs,nonrational use of drugs, patients＇ rejection of drug use, etc. It is suggested that physicians should inquire patients＇ case history and drug allergy history in detail so as to reduce incidences of ADRs. The choice of drugs for senile patients and patients with liver dysfunction should be cautious. Hospitals should work out punishment system to standardize physicians＇behavior.
