摘要
家具生产是产品的种类、结构形式、加工方法、机械化程度、新材料的开发和利用、对生产的科学管理、产量和经济效益等方面相结合的一个工业体系。本设计就是通过了解家具生产的概况和特点、家具的材料、家具的结构及木质家具制造工艺过程等,合理地设计一件五斗柜并实现该类家具的工业化生产,进行其生产车间的工艺设计,解决实际生产中存在的技术问题。
The manufacture of furniture is a industrial system that combined with the kinds of product, the form of structure, the methods of machining, the degree of mechanization, the exploiture of new materials, the scientific management of manufacture, the output and economic benefits. This design is going to achieve the design of a drawer chest and realize its industrial manufacture, carry out the engineering design of the plant of the furniture manufacture and solve the technology problems in practical manufacture via understanding of the general situation and features of furniture, the materials of furniture, the structure of furniture and the manufacture process of the wood furniture.
