摘要
研制了雷公藤生物碱的盐酸盐制剂,并测定了其对菜青虫的生物活性。结果表明,雷公藤生物碱盐酸盐对菜青虫的拒食作用与雷公藤生物碱相当,但对2龄菜青虫的毒杀作用高于后者,差异明显。另外,制备过程中最终pH值控制对产物的性状和收率影响较大,pH终值应控制在5.5-6.0。雷公藤生物碱盐酸盐具有较好的水溶性,并可溶于甲醇、乙醇和丙酮,但不溶于乙醚和三氯甲烷,其紫外光谱图的最大吸收峰值与生物碱相比也有所偏移。
The preparation and the bio-activity of the hydrochloric salts of the Tripterygium wilfordii alkaloids were studied in the paper. The results indicated that the hydrochloric salts have similar antifeedant activities on Pieris rapae to those of the alkaloids, but the latter had obvious higher insecticidal activities than the former. The final pH value had greater effect on the character and yield of product, which should be controlled between 5.5 and 6.0 duing the preparation process. The alkaloids salts have better dissolubility in water, ethanol, methanol and acetone, but it can not be dissolved in ether and chloroform. The UV spectrum of alkaloids and its salts have difference in the MAX peak value.
