从通用病情评价系统(APACHE评分系统、简化急性生理评分、死亡概率模型)、其他病情评估系统(急性肾衰竭、多器官功能衰竭、小儿危重评分、胃黏膜pH值、炎症反应器官功能不全评分)、监护室护理工作相关评估对危重病人病情评价系统进行了综述。
It summarized the assessment system for illness condition of critical patients from general pathogenetic condition assessment system （APACHE score system, simplified acute physiology score, probability of dying model）, other pathogenetic condition assessment systems（acute renal failure, multiple organs failure, critical scoring for infants, gastric mucosa pH value, inflammatory reaction and organ functional failure scores） and ICU nursing care assessment.
