摘要
高等院校有效开发和管理人力资源是建设国际知名大学的核心任务。荷兰瓦赫宁根大学是一所欧洲知名的大学,也是一所科研机构与大学合并的学校。瓦赫宁根大学的人力资源管理高度重视“人”的因素,提倡规范员工行为和满足员工需求动机的管理理念,按照员工的特点和技能确定岗位,通过建立完善的组织机构及岗位目标、员工培训、任职管理和考核评价等制度,把员工自身的提高与工作目标任务紧密结合,充分调动每一位员工的主动性和自身发展潜能,以期最大限度地规范员工的行为和实现学校发展目标。这对我国现阶段高等院校人力资源管理有很好的借鉴作用。
To become a world famous university,much attention should be paid to the effective exploiter and management of human resource in institutions of higher education. Wageningen University of Netherlands is a well-known European university with the consolidation of research institutes and an university. In this university, it highlights human factors, advocates the administrative conceptions of standardizing the conducts of its staff and satisfying their demand motives. All the posts are assigned to its staff according to their aptitudes and skills. Through establishing comprehensive management organizations and evaluation systems, Wageningen University could make a well integration between the self-improvement of its staff and their tasks,exert the go-aheadism and exploit the potentials of each member,thus to ultimately standardize the conduct of its staff and realize its development goals. We could make good use of their experience for the human resource management in our universities.
