摘要
通过对园林工程创优管理工作的实践经验总结,结合工程的特点和工作的难点,对创优工程的施工组织措施、质量管理措施、施工管理措施、施工技术措施进行了论述,体会到施工方必须具备相当的设计优化能力,才能保证景观效果的最终实现。提出仍采用的《城市绿化工程施工及验收规范》GJ/T82-1999与当前的《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2001相结合使用时,有关单位工程综合质量评定结论的统一性问题尚未解决,有待进一步探讨。
Through the practice of landscape architecture management and experience sum-up, with the characters and difficulties of the engineering, the construction organization, quality management, construction management, and construction technology of engineering of excellence are fully elaborated, it is concluded that the construction unit should have considerable experience in the design optimization capability to ensure the ultimate realization of visual effects. The problem of unification when using the ＂Urban Greening Project and Acceptance＂ GJ/T82-1999 and the current ＂Standard of Construction Quality Acceptance＂ GB50300-2001 are presented and need further discussion.
