摘要
针对我国西部农村贫困的发生机制,我国西部农村反贫困的战略模型的构建要动态地调整为与之对应的从平面型到立体型的转化过程,“教育反贫困”是指通过教育对人的素质和发展技能进行全面提升,斩断贫困的累积循环因果链条,从而实现中国西部贫困地区经济社会文化的全面可持续发展。
About the poor emergence mechanism of western countryside of our country,our country changes the construction of the strategic model anti-poverty transformation in the western countryside from the leel type to the three-dimensional course with its corresponding one dynamically,＂Anti-poverty Theough Education＂refers to through education raise people＇s quality and develop their sills in order to promote in an all-round way,chop the poor accumulation circulation off,realizing the overall sustainable development of the social economic culture of poor rural regions of the west of China.
