摘要
针对装配型企业生产过程的特征,以装配型企业中生产现场质量监控为对象,探讨流水线装配过程中通用质量监控系统的构建模式,论述生产现场质量监控的几个关键问题:质量数据的采集、传输、统计分析与表达.并以典型装配型企业为例,应用相关的理论和技术,有效监控生产线中的质量问题,实现质量效益最大化.
According to the characteristic＇s of production process in assembly enterprises, taking on-line quality monitoring system in assembly enterprises as object, the general model structure in pipeline assembly process was discussed, and several key problems including quality information collecting, transferring, and statistics expressing were also analyzed. At last, taking a typical assembly enterprise as an example, the products quality can be validly monitored and the quality level can be remarkably improved using relevant theory.
