摘要
β-内酰胺类抗生素具有抗菌谱广、抗菌活性高、对肾脱氢肽酶-I稳定的特点,介绍了β-内酰胺类抗生素的发展状况及其抗菌活性并对其抗菌原理进行了理论阐述。
Beta-laetam antibiotic have broad-spectrum and strong antimicrobial activity but have the stability to DHP-I this paper introduce its development and principle of antibiosis.
