摘要
采用分步浸渍法,将活性组分PdC l2和D(D为第ⅥA族元素助剂)负载于氧化铝载体上,制备出适用于裂解混合C4选择加氢除炔的双金属Pd-D/A l2O3催化剂。结果表明,该催化剂最适宜的操作条件为:温度40~50℃,空速10.0~15.0 h-1,H2/乙烯基乙炔(VAC,摩尔比)1.60~2.50,压力1.5~2.0 MPa。在此条件下进行的500 h稳定性实验表明,除个别时间段外,丁二烯的选择性始终大于50%,VAC的转化率大于80%。催化剂在不饱和烃质量分数超过80%的物料中经650 h运行后,积炭率仅为13.30%。
The bimetallic Pd-D/Al_2O_3(D was(ⅥA) group element in pexiodic chart) selective hydrogenation catalyst for removing vinylacetylene(VAC) in cracked C_4 mixture was prepared by adopting fractional dip-molding and carring active constituent PdCl_2 and assistant D onto Al_2O_3.The results showed that the optimized conditions of the catalyst were:temperature 40~50()℃,liquid hourly space velocity(10~)(15 h^(-1),)(n(H_2)/)n(VAC) 1.60~2.50,pressure(1.5~)(2.0()MPa.)The stability test results showed that the selectivity of butadiene was more than 50%,and the conversion of VAC was more than 80% under the above conditions.The carbon depositon rate of the catalyst was(13.30%) after running(650()h) when the mass fraction of unsaturated hydrocarbon exceeded 80% in the stock.
