废弃印刷线路板的气流分选研究 被引量:14

摘要 利用气流分选的方法对粉碎后的废弃印刷线路板中的金属与非金属进行了研究,粉碎后的颗粒在气流作用下按照密度与粒度进行分选。分选后得到的金属主要集中在-60目(-0.3mm)粒度范围内,并且此粒度范围风选效果最好,计算所得不同粒度的金属含量均达到95%左右。 The metal and non - metal of comminuted printed circuit board scrap was studied by the method of pneumatic separation, comminuted material were separated according to density and size by wind power. Metal which was separated is enriched in -60 mesh ( -0.3 mm) ,which obtains best separation,metal purity of different size is all up to 95%.
