摘要
目的观察护肝片对抗结核药物所致肝损害的防治效果。方法初治肺结核168例,应用“2HRZE(S)/4HR”方案抗结核治疗,治疗组88例,全程加服护肝片;对照组80例,全程加服葡醛内脂片。结果治疗组出现肝损害6例(6.82%),其中HBsAg阳性患者出现5例(5.68%);对照组出现肝损害26例(32.50%),其中HBsAg阳性患者出现20例(25.00%)。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。HBsAg阳性患者在抗结核治疗中肝功能更容易受损害。结论护肝片在防治抗结核药物所致肝损害的发生是有效的,特别是对HBsAg阳性的结核病患者。
Objective To determine the preventive effect of Hu-Gan Tablets on liver damage caused by anti - tuberculosis drugs. Methods 168 initially- treated pulmonary tuberculoses patients who received the regimen of 2HRZE （S） /4HR were randomly separated into 2 groups：study group ,88 cases , supplemented with Hu -Gan Tablets for 6 months and control group,80 cases, received glucurolactone. Results There were 6 cases who had liver damage in observe group（6.82% ） ,5 cases with HBsAg positive （5.68%） . There were 26 cases who had liver damage in control guoup （32.50%） ,20 cases with HBsAg positive （25.00%） . There were significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〈 0.01 ） . HBsAg positive patients were more likely to have liver damage in anti-tuberculosis treatment. Condusion Hu-Gan Tablets is effective in preventing and treating liver damage caused by anti - tuberculosis drugs,HBsAg positive patients＂ liver function should be monitored in the early period of anti - tuberculosis treatment.
