摘要
采用大豆油在催化剂氢氧化钠作用下与甲醇发生酯交换反应制备生物柴油,研究了醇油摩尔比、催化剂质量分数、反应时间、反应温度等对反应产率的影响。采用气相色谱法检测产品成分。实验结果表明,该反应最佳操作条件为:醇油摩尔比6∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间2 h,催化剂用量为原料油质量的1%。在此条件下生物柴油的得率达到98.5%。
Biodiesel was prepared by transesterification of soybean oil with methanol, using NaOH as catalyst. The effects of methanol/oil mole ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction time and temperature on the yield were studiecl. The chemical composition of obtained product was analyzed by GC. The optimum conditions for transesterification were n(methanol):n(soybeanoil)= 6 : 1, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 2 h and amount of catalyst 1.0% (based on the oil weight). Under above conditions, the yield of biodiesel was 98.5 %.
