环孢素A联合治疗严重型银屑病疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的:分析研究环孢素A联合治疗严重型银屑病的疗效。方法:用环孢素A联合阿维A或甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗30例严重型银屑病,观察疗效及不良反应。结果:10例痊愈,18例显效,2例好转,环孢素A联合治疗的有效率为93.3%。环孢素A停药后无反跳。无发生肝肾功能、血尿常规及血脂异常,3例出现血压升高,停用环孢素A后恢复正常。结论:短期环孢素A联合治疗严重型银屑病是一种有效的方法。
