摘要
利用交流阻抗技术和极化曲线,研究了SiCp/Al复合材料基体上高磷(w(P)=10.698%)和中磷(w(P)=6.056%)两种化学镀镍层在w(NaCl)=3.5%的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察了镀层的腐蚀形貌。结果表明,在w(NaCl)=3.5%NaCl溶液中,以饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,高磷镀层自腐蚀电位为-0.641 V,电荷转移电阻为12.49Ω;中磷镀层自腐蚀电位为-0.879 V,电荷转移电阻为8.11Ω;高磷镀层的耐蚀性优于中磷镀层;两种镀层发生了不同程度的孔蚀。结合正交试验结果及有关文献,确定了SiCp/Al复合材料高磷化学镀镍工艺,并提出了改善镀层耐蚀性的几种途径。
The electrochemical corrosion behavior of electroless nickel coatings with high phosphorus content (10. 698 wt% ) and middle phosphorus content (6.056 wt% ) on SiCp/Al composites in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution were studied by AC impedance techniques and polarization curves. The micrographs after being corroded of the samples were observed by SEM. The results show that the free corrosion potential of the high phosphor content coating is - 0.641 V and the charge transfer reaction resistance was 12.49 Ω, the ones of the middle phosphor content are -0. 879 V and 8.11 Ω. The facts prove that the anti-corrosion property of the former is better than those of the latter. The coatings had happened pitting corrosian on different levels. A electroless technology for SiCp/Al composites to get high phosphor content coating was defined and some channels to improve the anti-corrosion property of the coating were put forward according to the orthogonal experiment results and some literatures.
