摘要
企业文化作为一种新的管理理念,越来越显示出对企业发展的重大作用。本文通过分析企业文化的内涵,探讨了我国企业文化建设中存在的问题,并就如何加强我国企业文化建设提出了对策。
As a new idea of management, corporate culture plays a more and more important role in the development of a corporate. This paper analyses the meaning of corporate culture and discusses the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture in China, and then puts forword some countermeasures on how to improve the situation.
