摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定了陕西省彬县克山病和大骨节病共存区克山病病户、大骨节病病户、病区非病户和非病区礼泉县对照户儿童发Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量。结果显示:①克山病病户和大骨节病病户儿童发Mn含量无明显差异,但均显著高于病区非病户和非病区对照户儿童(P<0.05);②病区各组儿童发Fe含量均显著高于非病区对照户,大骨节病病户儿童发Fe含量明显低于克山病病户和病区非病户儿童;③各组儿童发Cu或发Zn之间均无明显差异(P>0.05)。
Cu、Zn、Fe and Mn contents of children from the Keshan disease(KD),Kashian-Beck disease(KBD) and healthy households in the coexisting endemic area,Binxian,and the centrol houshold in the non-endemic area, Liquan, Shaanxi province, were measured by the atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. The results showed:(1) the hair Mn contents of children from KD and KBD housholds in the endemic area were remarkably higher than those of children in the control household of endemic and non-endemic area, but there were no significant differences between the Mn contents of children in KD and KBD households(P<0.05).(2)the hair Fe contents of children in the coexisting endemic area were significantly higher than those of children in the non-endemic area,but hair Fe contents of children in the KBD households were significantly lower than those of KD and control housholds in the endemic area;(3)no significant difference in the hair Cu or Zn contents of children among four groups were observed.
