摘要自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）是以肝脏炎症反应为主的自身免性肝病．病因不明，其中Ⅰ型AIH最为常见，但尚未发现其存在于肝细胞的自身靶抗原．本研究利用Ⅰ型AIH患暂血清作为固相靶分子，用噬菌体展示的肝细胞cDNA筛选存在于肝细胞的自身靶抗原。
