摘要
[目的]研究观察采用中西医结合方法治疗老年性股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果。[方法]本组病例68例，其中微创经皮穿针外固定技术加中药内服治疗35例（治疗组），单纯外固定器治疗33例（对照组）。[结果]本组平均随访3年10个月（1年8个月～6年9个月），骨折愈合时间治疗组为（12．4±2．5）周，对照组为（15．5±2．9）周，两组比较有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）：治疗组髋关节功能优良率达91％，对照组为78％，有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]中西医结合治疗老年性股骨转子间骨折是一种简单易行，行之有效的方法。
[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of the combined external fixator and traditional Chinese medicine for senile femoral intertroehanteric fracture. [ Method ] There were sixty-eight cases for study . Thirty-five cases in treatment group were treated with external fixator in perculaneous transhepatic through Minimally Invasive Skill （MIK） , together with oral medication of traditional Chinese medicine,while thirty-three cases in the control group only underwent external fixator. [ Result] All of the cases had been followed up for an average period of three years and ten months, which arranged from one year and eight month to six years and nine months . The fracture healing time in the treated group was 12.4 ± 2. 5 weeks and that in the control group was 15.5 ± 2. 9 weeks, showing significant difference between them （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The satisfactory rates of hip joint function in treatment group and control group were 91% and 78%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion] The integrated traditional and western medicine is easy to carry out for senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with remarkable effect.
