摘要
杭州上塘镇人民政府办公综合楼位于沈半路闹市区,三面紧邻民房和变压器,周围环境复杂,对基坑开挖相当不利。根据工程的特点,综合考虑围护结构的安全、对环境的影响、施工工期、围护费用等因素,对办公综合楼基坑围护结构进行了精心设计。采用规范推荐的m法计算了围护桩内力和变形,用通用的边坡稳定分析REAME程序进行了基坑整体稳定分析。监测结果表明:所采用的基坑围护设计实现了安全、经济、便于施工的要求,且经受了冬季暴雨的考验,为同类工程提供了参考。
The government office building of Shangtang Town in Hangzhou is located in Shenban Road downtown. It is surrounded by dwellings and voltage changers on three sides, and it is disadvantageous to its excavation support structures. The design of the pit was done according to the principle of safe, economical and convenient construction. Deformations and interal forces of guard piles were calculated by m-method and resistance to overturning of foundation pits was analyzed by REAME program. The monitoring results of stability and influence of environment show that, not only can the design ensure the stability of pit, but also shorten the period of construction and decrease the impact on the surrounding environment. The excavation support structures have experienced storms in winter, so it might be a valuable reference to similar projects.
