摘要
为同时测定烟叶中的多种阴离子,采用去离子水60℃下超声提取30min,Dionex AS18作分离柱、IonPac AG18作保护柱、ASRS-ULTRA Ⅱ作再生抑制器、23.0mmol/L KOH溶液作流动相(流速1.00mL/min),用电导检测器测定了烟叶样品中F^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、SO4^2-、NO3^-的含量。结果表明,该法回归方程的线性相关系数为0.9940~0.9988,相对标准偏差≤2.63%,检测限0.01~0.06μg/mL,回收率95.0%~105.0%。
Six inorganic anions including F^- , Cl^- , NO2^- , Br^- , SO4^2- and NO3^- in tobacco leaf samples were extracted by ultrasonic wave with deionized water at 60℃ for 30 minutes, separated on Dionex AS18 column, with IonPac AG18 as guard column and ASRS-ULTRA 11 as regenerative depressor, using the solution of 23mmol/L KOH as eluent (flow rate: 1.00mL/min), and detected by conductivity detector. It was found that the recoveries of the method were between 95.0% and 105.0%, the relative standard deviation was ≤2.63 %, the correlation coefficients of linear regression equations were from 0. 9940 to 0.9988 and the detection limits of the anions were in the range of 0.01 to 0.06μg/mL.
