摘要
基于风险的检测(RBI)是管道完整性管理思想在维修检测中的具体体现。通过实施RBI,可以达到合理配置资源,优化管道维修管理费用,保证管道完整性的目的。文章阐述了管道RBI的理论、方法,分析了API570、APIRP580、APIpub581三个API文件的主要特点及其在管道RBI规范体系中的地位。通过对中国石油标准SY/T6553-2003与API570的比较,列出了两者之间的主要差异,并分析了导致差异的主要原因。最后就国内管道RBI的研究提出了建议。
Pipeline Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) is an expression of the conception of the pipeline integrity management in maintenance and inspection. Implementing RBI can achieve allocation of resource of inspection, and optimize the expenditure of maintaining and managing pipeline to ensure the integrity of the pipeline. It is explained the theory and methodology of RBI, and it is analyzed the main features of API570, API RP 580 and API pub 581 as well as the status of the three documents in pipeline RBI codes system. Then, compared between API570 and the Chinese Petroleum Standard-SY/T 6553-2003, the main differences between them have been listed and the main reason leading to the differences are also explained. Finally, it is put forward some recommendations about research on pipeline RBI in China.
