摘要
企业沟通在银行管理实践中具有重要意义,分析目前我国银行业在实施企业沟通过程中存在诸多问题,从提高管理者沟通能力、加大沟通主体培训力度、健全沟通管理系统和完善企业内外沟通机制等几个方面提出了建议,以实现提升我国银行业管理水平的目的。
Enterprise communication is very important in banking management. The thesis analyzes existent problems in implementing enterprise eommunication of banking. Some suggestions are made for improving the communication ability of managers, strengthening staffs training of communication, amplifying communication management system and perfeeting communication mechanism within and between enterprises so as to improve banking management standard in China.
