摘要
用通便通胶囊治疗阴津不足或阴津不足兼有气滞的便秘患者１００例，并设麻仁软胶囊阳性药对照组６０例，观察便秘患者服药前后排便间隔时间、便质、排便状况。结果表明，通便通胶囊的总有效率为９９％，与对照组（总有效率９５％）比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。
Analgesic action was observed in the essential oil of Valeriana officinalis L.and in theextract derived from the defatted medicinal dreg percolated with various concentrations of ethanol(60～85%).The analgesic action of extract increases with the concentration of ethanol and is stronger thanthat of essential oil.The volatile oil has a strong antispasmodic effect on smooth muscle and its analgesicand antispasmodic action is synergic with the extract.The oil content of the plant may be significantly re-duced after drying and storage,and the stability of its volatile oil is poor.Hence,fresh species should beused for the preparation hy distillation and percolation with 85% ethanlo,and the volatile oil should be in-cused with β- cvclodex trin.
