摘要
目的探讨穿透性角膜移植术（PKP）治疗高危性真菌角膜溃疡穿孔的临床疗效。方法对行穿透性角膜移植术的32例（32只眼）真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔患者进行随访（6～24个月），观察术后视力变化和真菌复发、植片排斥、继发性青光眼、并发性白内障等并发症的发生情况结果32例患者中，31例成功地保存了眼球，视力不同程度提高，通过积极治疗并发症得以控制。结论穿透性角膜移植术是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔的有效术式，是挽救眼球和视力的主要手段。
Objective To evaluate the clinieal efficacy of penetrating keratoplasy （PKP） for treatment of fungal keratitis with corneal perforation.Methods 32 patients （32 eyes） with corneal perforation secondary to fungal keratitis underwent PKP at our hospital and Jiangmen Xinhui New Hope Eye Hospital form 2003 to 2005.The follow-up period ranged from 6-24 months.The postoperative visual acuity and complications were documented.Results 31 out of 32 patients preserved the eyeballs whose visual acuity also improved.Their complications were cured by the active treatments.Conclusion PKP is an effective approach for preservation of eyeballs and restoration of visual function in patients with fungal keratitis and corneal perforation.
