摘要
文章从规划、单体、景观等几个方面简要论述了在深圳万科第五园项目的设计中对于传统建筑养份的提炼和吸收,表明了不管是内容还是形式,“做什么?”并不重要,“怎么做?”才是问题的核心。对于一个地产商业项目而言,所有设计上的努力都必须让客户得到合乎情理的“实惠”,才能够经得起市场这把的尺子衡量。
The article briefly discusses the design of Vanke＇s project of the Fifth Garden in Shenzhen, especially its refining and absorbing of traditional Chinese architectural culture, showing that the key problem is how to do rather than form is concerned, The article also paints out that a commercial real estate project can stand the test of market only in the case that the clients can reaasonably benefit from the design.
