塔里木盆地塔中地区沉积环境复杂,平均井深>5000 m,用聚磺体系钻井液钻进时常发生井壁坍塌、阻卡、扭矩增大等现象,在石炭系地层尤为严重,同时还常钻遇含Cl-极高的地层水。为此设计了由多种抗温降滤失剂(PAM-S、CPS-2000、Siop-E),防塌剂(GXC、AOP-1、聚合醇),高温降滤失剂SMP等配成的高钙盐钻井液。在该钻井液滤液中,页岩高温高压(120℃,2 MPa)膨胀量(0.46 mm)小于,页岩150℃2、4 h滚动回收率(92.6%)和岩心渗透率恢复率(96.2%)大于原用聚磺钻井液滤液中的值;被1/5体积的含Cl-80 g/L、含Ca2+2 g/L的地层水污染后用重晶石将密度调至原值,该钻井液的各项性能可完全恢复。详细介绍了在中1H评价井钻进中,该钻井液的配制、转化、维护和处理,包括Ca2+含量和氯化钙消耗量,聚合铝含量、膨润土含量、HTHP滤失量及pH值的控制。中1H井石炭系井段平均井径扩大率为11.55%,比使用聚磺钻井液的中1井降低64.5%,钻速提高1.16倍。讨论了该钻井液的防塌机理。图2表2参2。
In the midland of Tarim Basin, the depositional environment is very complex, the well depth reaches 5000 m and more in average, downhole troubles such as wall collapsing, drill pipe sticking and torque boasting are often encountered, particularly in sections of Carboniferous Period, and the invasion of formation waters of very high (21- concentration is frequent in well drilling course with polymer/sulfonate drilling fluid (P/SF) used. A high calcium salt drilling fluid (HCaF) composed of several heat resistant filtrate loss reducers (PAM-S, CPS-2000, and Slop-E), anti-caving agents (GXC, AOP-1, and polyols), HT filtrate loss reducer SMP, and others is designed and formulated for use in this district. In HCaF filtrate, the HTHP, 120℃ and 2 MPa, shale dilatation (0.46 trim) is lower and the shale recovery rate after roiling at 150℃ in 24 h (92.6%) and the recovery rate of the fluid damaged core permeability (96.2%) are higher than that in P/SF filtrate. For the HCaF diluted by a formation water of Cl^- concentration 80 g/L and Ca^2+ concentration 2 g/L in amount of 1/5 volume and then weighted with barite to original density, the performance properties are kept unchanged. The preparation, conversion, maintenance, and treatments of this fluid in drilling evaluation well Zhong-1H are described in some detail with Ca2. content adjustment, CaCl2 consumption, polyaluminum chloride and bentonite contents adjustment, and eontrol of HTHP filtrate loss and pH value stated. In the sections of Carboniferous Period in well Zhong-lH the average borehole enlargement is of 11.5%, that is, by 64.5% less than that in well Zhong-1 with a P/SF used, and the drilling rate is increased by 1.16 times. The anticaving mechanisms by this HCaF are discussed.
