脑出血灶周损伤的功能性磁共振成像 被引量:3

摘要 尽管脑出血产物会影响局部磁场均匀性,但利用扩散加权成像、灌注加权成像以及波谱等功能性磁共振成像技术对脑血肿周围组织进行研究,可从血肿周围水肿的性质和形成机制、血流动力学改变以及组织代谢等方面观察脑出血对其周围组织的影响,有助于深入理解和认识血肿周围损伤机制,指导临床制定合理的治疗方案和预后评估。
