摘要
目的探讨中药苏木(CAE)体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法体内采用小鼠H22腹水瘤模型评价CAE提取液的疗效。体外采用流式细胞技术,测定CAE提取液对K562细胞的杀伤作用。结果CAE提取液对小鼠肝癌H22腹水瘤在静脉和腹腔2种途径给药,均能显著延长小鼠的生存时间。腹腔组达到193.4%;静脉组达到150.9%。体外对K562细胞也呈明显的杀伤作用。结论CAE提取液具有抑制和杀死癌细胞的作用。
Objective To study the anticancer effect of Caesalpinia Sappan L （CAE） extract. Methods The mouse model of ascetic hepatocarcinoma H22 was used to assess the effect of CAE extract in vivo. The cytotoxic effect of CAE extract on K562 cell line was measured by flow cytometry by testing Annexin V-PE. Results CAE extract can prolong significantly the life span of ascetic hepatocarcinoma H22 mice by intravenous（150.9 %） and intraabdominal administration（193.4 %） respectively. Conclusion CAE extract has evident effect of inhibiting and killing tumor cell.
