摘要
近年来,医疗纠纷比例大幅度增长,医疗事故损害赔偿案件大量增加,严重冲击了正常的医疗秩序,影响了医院的正常运转和改革的进程,成为困扰医院管理者和医务人员的难题之一。通过分析医疗纠纷所涉及的医患双方的权益、道德和法律责任等问题,指出:加强医务人员的职业道德教育、法制教育,提高医务人员的整体业务素质;加强公众健康知识教育,促进医患沟通;加强医疗机构服务质量监控,制定防范、处理医疗纠纷的预案;建立完善的社会监督制度———防患于未然,是减少医疗纠纷的关键。
In recent years, the proportion of medical disputes has rised a lot. Malpractice＇s damage compensation cases increased generously, which impact the nomal medical treatment order acutely and affect the nomal operation and reforming progress of the hospital. Malpractice＇s damage compensation cases have become one of tough problems which confuse hospital regulators and medical medical staff. This article analyzes interests, morality and legal obligation etc. Problems between patients and docters which are relevant in medical treatment dispute. This article also points out that strengthening occupational moral education of medical staff, ruling by law education,boosting entire professional procatarxis of medical staff, strengthening pubic health knowledge education, promoting communication between patients and doctors, strengthening medical establishments＇quality of service monitoring, enacting force - law case to prevent and handle medical treatment dispute, establishing consummate social monitoring system- taking precaution before you take any action is the key to reducing medical disputes.
