注CO_2提高采收率工程中的腐蚀机理及防护措施 被引量:23

摘要 利用CO2驱提高采收率是一项极有前途的3次采油方法。上世纪60年代中期,大庆油田和胜利油田相继开展了CO2驱的室内实验和小规模的矿场试验。随着小型CO2气藏的发现,CO2驱的单井吞吐措施作业项目越来越多,而且取得了明显的效果,采收率可以提高15%-25%。制约该项技术发展的一个突出问题就是注入CO2会引起油田设备的腐蚀性增加。通过分析CO2的驱油机理,剖析了CO2驱油中的腐蚀因素及腐蚀机理,并提出了注CO2驱油中控制腐蚀的几种方法。 CO2 EOR is an outlook tertiary oil recovery. In the middle of 1960s, Daqing and Shengli oilfield developed the laboratory experiment and lease test. Because minitype reservoirs are discovered, more and more single wells adopt CO2 soak and recovery ratio can be improved by 15%~20%. CO2 EOR results in breakage of producing equipment and pipeline. This paper analyzed oil-displacement mechanism of CO2, found the CO2 corrosion factors and corrosion mechanisms. At last the author put forward some corrosion protection measurements caused in CO2 EOR.
