摘要
分析３２例并存糖尿病时腹部外科手术患者的围手术期处理情况。其中，急诊手术患者占３７．５％，术后并发症为３７％，并发症以切口感染、肺部感染、电解质紊乱、泌尿系感染多见。治疗结果：除电解质紊乱死亡１例，肺部感染死亡２例外，其余均治愈，笔者认为必要的术前准备，围手术期维持血糖在安全水平，加强营养及应用有效抗生素是降低该类患者术后并发症和病死率的关键。
Thirty一two cases of abdominal surgical patients with diabetes mellitus were re-ported about their perioperative treatment.Among them the emergency case accounted for37.5%and postoperative complication case for 37%,of which the commonly一encountered werewound infection,pulmonary infection,electrolyte disorder and infection of urinary system,Asan outcome of the treatment,1 case died from electrolyte disorder,2 cases died from pulmonaryinfection,and the rest were cured.For the reduction of postoperative complication and mortali-ty,we think,it is essential to take necessary preoperative preparations,maintain safe blood glu-coses level,enhance nutrition and prescribe effective antibiotics.
