摘要
随着我国钢铁工业产能的增加,粗钢产量大幅度提高,钢渣产量也急剧上升,因而产生了各种钢渣处理工艺。嘉恒法高温熔渣处理工艺,和其他钢渣处理工艺相比有流程短、成品渣粒度小、设备占地面积小,处理吨渣耗水耗电低,不污染环境,经济效果显著等优势,因而值得推广。
With the increase in productivity of the iron & steel industry in China the output of crude steel and steel-making slag will drastically grow up, and as the result various slag treatment processes have taken place. "Jiaheng process", a high temperature melting slag treatment process is featured of such a few advantages as short treatment flow route, finer grain size of the final products, less space required for the equipment installation, lower water and power consumptions for treatment of ton/slag, lighter environmental contamination and better economic efficiency and therefore it's worthy of popularization.
