摘要
目的提高糖尿病性腕管综合征(CTS)的早期诊断率。方法对86例女性糖尿病患者的双侧正中神经、尺神经进行神经电图检测,并与健康对照组(60名)进行对比分析。结果糖尿病性CTS 67例(77.9%),其中双侧异常38例,单侧异常29例。糖尿病性CTS组腕管以下正中神经运动传导速度(MCV)末梢潜伏期、感觉传导速度(SCV)均较健康对照组显著增高(P值均<0.05);未经过腕管的尺神经小指-腕MCV较健康对照组略有下降,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。随着病程的增长,神经损伤有加重趋势。结论神经电图检测为糖尿病性CTS的早期诊断提供了客观而重要的依据。
Objective To improve the early diagnosis of the diabetic carpal-tunnel syndrome (CTS). Methi ods Comparing with the age-matched healthy controls, 86 female diabectic patients were examined with nerve electroneurophysiology of both middle and ulnar nerve. Results Sixty-seven cases (77.91%) with carpal-tunnel syndrome, among them 38 cases had bilateral-abnormality and 29 cases had unilateral abnormality. The motor conduction velocity (MCV) and the sensory conduction velocity (SCV) of the median nerve in diabetic latent period of CTS group were significantly higher than those of the healthy controlled group (P 〈 0. 05), The latent period of nerve conduction velocity of the ulnar nerve not passing through the carpal tube showed mild declination with no significance (P〉0.05), The nerve injury had a positive correlation with the duration of diabetes. Conclusion The nerve electroneurophysiologic examination provides important objective informations for early diagnosis of diabetic CTS,
