摘要
建立了太子参总皂苷含量的测定方法.以人参皂苷Re为对照品,5%(W/V)香草醛冰醋酸溶液和60%(V/V)硫酸溶液为显色剂,60℃恒温反应20 m in,分光光度法测定太子参总皂苷的含量.最大吸收波长535 nm,在3.88-34.96 mg/L范围内浓度与吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.998 3.方法回收率在96%-105%之间.测定了不同提纯方法得到的太子参总皂苷含量,结果表明方法简便,重现性好,可作为太子参总皂苷的质量控制方法.
An accurate method for determination of the content of total saponins in radix pseudostellariae is reported. Ginseng saponins Re is the control sample. The samples react with the 5% (W/V) vanillin in glacial acetum and 60% (V/V) sulfuric acid as developing reagents at 60 ℃ for 20 rains. Then, the contents of total saponins in radix pseudostellariae samples are determined by spectrophotometry at 535 nm. The calibration curve is linear in range of 3.88-31.08 mg/L( r = 0. 999 2) and the range of average recovery are 96% - 105%. The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of total saponins in radix oseudostellariae.
