摘要
根据双流污水处理厂实际工程项目,介绍了在污水处理厂中利用西门子公司的PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术和WinCC组态软件设计实现的一个监控系统;通过合理配置中控室与各PLC控制站的设备,并组建PROFIBUS-DP网络,实现了中心控制室与各PLC控制站之间的数据通讯和污水处理过程的自动控制。
According to the project of wastewater treatment plant in Shuang Liu , monitoring system is introduced based on SIEMENS PROFIBUS- DP fieldbus technology and WinCC configuration software, Through the reasonable configuration of the hardware of the center control room and PLC rooms, and through the establishment of PROFIBUS-DP network, it realizes the data transmission between the center control room and PLC rooms and automation in the process of sewage disposal.
