摘要
为了更好地对燃气具进行检测,保证产品质量及用户安全,燃气具生产厂家尤其是技术监督检测部门必须配置配气装置,用配置的试验气对燃气具进行准确可靠的性能测试,由此我们开发了一套基于工控机和数据采集卡的多组份自动配气装置,本文介绍了这样一套装置的测控软件的设计方法和技巧。
To test the fired gas apparatus accurately and assure the product quality and user＇s safety, the fired gas apparatus manufactur er especially the technique supervise department must collocate the mixing gas device to test the fired gas apparatus capability exactly and reliablely. So that we empolder the automatic mixing gas device which based on IPC and data-collected board, This paper introduced the design ways and skills of this equipment＇s measure-and-control software.
