摘要
采集9份绵阳及周边地区环境中的土壤样品,共分离出64株霉菌菌株,对其是否抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌的生长进行了研究。其中有14株霉菌对受试菌种有抑制作用。这为进一步的研究提供了有价值的资料。
Nine types of soil samples have been collected from the surrounding areas of Mianyang city, from which 64 kinds of moulds are separated altogether. Then tests have been carried out to see whether they restrain the growth of staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and escherichia coli. The results show that 14 strains of the separated moulds have their inhibitive effects on the tested bacteria: staphylococcus aureus(9 strains), pseudomonas acruginosa(6 strains), and eschcrichia coli (8 strains). The experiment offers valuable materials for further research.
