摘要
从农村外出务工人员的健康状况入手,分析了在新型农村合作医疗和城镇职工基本医疗保险两种保障体制框架下,这部分群体参加和享受两种医疗保障体制的难点与问题,在此基础上提出了对策和建议。
This paper set about health status of the peasant workers who egressed from the countryside, and analyzed the problem and disaster to attend and enjoy the medical care assurance in the system framework of new rural cooperative medical system and the worker＇ s and staff＇s health insurance system in cities and towns. On the base of which, the author proposed some suggestion and strategy.
