摘要
采用ＭＴＴ法检测６６例患者白血病细胞的药敏，同时采用单抗ＪＳＢ－１，检测白血病细胞Ｐ－１７０的表达，结果表明：Ｐ－１７０表达阳性组药物敏感程度明显低于阴性组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。化疗后Ｐ－１７０表达阳性３６例，其中３２例临床疗效差；１８例Ｐ－１７０表达阴性，其中１３例疗效好。上述结果表明：白血病细胞体外药敏和Ｐ－１７０表达与临床疗效有较好的相关性，总符合率达８３．３％。提示两者同时检测，可更好地指导临床用药。
rug sensitivity of leukemia cells in 66 patients with leukemia was detected by MTT assay,at the same time,multidrug resistance P-170 was tested by immunohistochemical assay using amonoclonal antibody to P-170.The results showed that drug sensitivity in P-170 positive patientswere significantly lower than that in P-170 negative patients(P<0.05).P-170 was positive in36 patients after chemotherapy,among whom 32 patients had poor therapeutic effect.P-170 wasnegative in 18 patients,13 of them had satisfactory effect.These indicate that a close relation ex-ists among the drug sensitivity of leukemia cells,expression of P-170 and clinical efficacy.There-fore such detections are beneficial to clinical use of medicine.
