摘要
报告１４例颅咽管瘤，采用经眶额下入路切除，全切１０例，次全切除４例，手术效果满意。作者认为此入路对肿瘤显露好、脑组织损伤轻，适于各型颅咽管瘤切除。
ourteen case of craniopharyngioma were resected by transorbital-subfrontal approach.Thetumors were totally removed in 10 cases and subtotally in 4 cases,The results were satisfactory.The authors consider that this approach can fully display the tumors and decrease brain tissue in-jury,Therefore,the approach is suitable for removing any types of craniopharyngiomas.
