摘要
The English teaching of Tertiary vocational education is an important issue that we must pay close attention to. Through the analysis of the present situation, the paper brings some new ideas about the English teaching methods. （1） The new concepts about the teaching goals and plans. （2） The new concepts about the teaching ideas. （3） The new concepts about the teaching arrangement and so on. In addition, the paper points out that the English teachers in the vocational colleges should not only follow with interest in teaching, but also enhance personal quality, in order to realize the intention of career-leading and practical talents training in the tertiary vocational education.
高等职业教育中英语教学是一个值得关注的问题。本文从高职英语教学的现状出发，提出了对教学模式的改革与创新的几点想法。其中包括：（1）教学目标与教学计划的创新；（2）教学思想的创新；（3）教学组织方式的创新等几个方面。井提出作为高职教师，不仅要关注教学模式与成果，还必须提高自身素质，努力向“双师型”教师队伍发展，真正实现高职教育以就业为导向，培养技术应用性人才的目标。
