摘要
神经调节蛋白能调节胶质细胞的生长和分化以及小脑颗粒细胞沿胶质细胞的迁移,参与突触的形成,抑制脑缺血再灌注损伤诱导的神经元凋亡、胶质反应和炎症反应,诱导有关神经营养因子的表达,具有神经保护作用。
Neuregulin regulates the growth and differentiation of glial cells, as well as the migration of cerebellar granule cells along the glial cells. It participates in the formation of synapse, inhibits neuronal apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, glial reaction and inflammatory response, and induces the expression of associated neurotrophic factors, it has neuroprotective effect.
