摘要
目的探讨老年消化性溃疡的临床特点。方法对784例60岁及以上的消化性溃疡病人和261例60岁及以下的消化性溃疡病人的临床资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果老年消化性溃疡中以胃溃疡较多,且以胃角溃疡、胃窦溃疡及较大溃疡多见,但症状多不典型。结论应注意老年消化性溃疡在病因构成、临床症状的特点,提高临床诊断。
Objective To explore the clinical features of peptic ulcer in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 784 patients with peptic ulcer aged 60 years or over and 261 patients with peptic ulcer below 60 years old were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results The gastric ulcer, nb angular ulcer, sinus ulcer and big size ulcer were common and the symptoms were often untypical in the elderly. Conclusion Attention be paid to the clinical features of peptic ulcer in the elderly.
