摘要
目的探讨有机物对H2O2等离子低温灭菌效果的影响,为进一步规范内镜消毒提供理论依据。方法用聚四氟乙烯软管模拟内镜,以大肠杆菌悬液制备染菌载体,小牛血清作为有机物,研究有机物对H2O2等离子低温灭菌效果的影响。结果无小牛血清存在的情况下,H2O2等离子低温灭菌5min后杀灭率可以达到100%,25%和50%小牛血清均对杀灭菌效果有影响,作用时间延长后杀灭率可以达到100%。结论有机物对H2O2等离子低温灭菌系统灭菌效果有显著的影响,在有机物存在时其杀菌作用明显减弱,且浓度越高影响越大,说明器械灭菌前彻底清洁尤为重要。
Objective To explore the influence of concentration changes of organic substance such as calf serum and establish the theory basis of the standardization on endoscope cleaning and sterilization. Methods The simulacrum of the endoscope, polytetrafluoroethylene carriers contaminated with the mixture of Escherichia coli and calf serum of different concentration, were sterilized by the H2O2 low-temperature plasma sterilizer. And the sterilization effectiveness and time were evaluated. Results The complete killing of Escherichia coli without calf serum was able to achieved in 5 minutes,and in much more minutes when added with 25% and 50 % calf serum. Conclusions The calf serum of different concentration had adverse influence on the sterilization effectiveness of H2O2 low temperature plasma system. It showed the importance of thorough cleaning of the endoscope before sterilization.
