麦冬注射液抗衰老作用机制研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨麦冬注射液延缓衰老的作用机制。方法:取经训练合格后的Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组和实验组,除对照组外,其余2组均用氟哌啶醇建立衰老动物模型,实验组同时腹腔注射麦冬注射液。观察各组大鼠行为学变化,测定各组大鼠血、肝、肾、海马、脑皮质中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量。结果:与模型组比较,实验组大鼠学习记忆功能得到改善,多种组织中SOD、GSH-Px含量升高(P<0.05~0.001)。结论:麦冬注射液可能通过提高抗氧化酶的表达而发挥抗衰老作用。 OBJECTIVE: To study the mechanism of anti- aging effect of dwarf lilyturf tuber injection.METHODS: 30 Wistar rats, qualified though training, were randomly divided into control, model and experimental groups, aging model of rats was established using haloperidol in model group and experimental group except in the control group, meanwhile, the experi mental group was injected intraperitoneally with dwarf lilyturf tuber injection.The main outcome measures were behavioral change of rats, concentrations of SOD and GSH- Px in different organs or tissues of rats(serum, liver, kidney, hippocamp and pallium) .RESULTS:As compared with model group,learning and memory was enhanced and concentrations of SOD and GSH- Px were increased in the experimental group(P〈 0.05-0. 001) .CONCLUSION : The anti- aging effect of dwarf lilyturf tuber injection may be associated with the increased expression of antioxidase.
