As a typical assets-intensive enterprise, the gird company considers the improvement of equipment operation level and extension of assets life cycle as important approaches to reduce costs and improve its core competence. Through assets life cycle management, East China Grid Company Ltd. constructed the integrated enterprise-level information system emphasizing on assets management to help realize the Company＇s targets of fine management, group operation, and intensive development.
